We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Consumer Goods / FMCG team in a business development and project management capacity.

You will be in a position where you will have the chance to work closely with our customers and be a key part of the search project team, winning new customers, leading the requirement briefing call, and assessing candidates technical and cultural fit for our clients needs.

In addition, you will support throughout the interview process, ensuring a world class service and experience.

You will be actively encouraged to come up with suggestions about how we can continuously improve and innovate both our internal processes, technology and candidate & client solutions.

Requirements

  • Some previous experience in the recruitment sector is highly beneficial, particularly in FMCG / Consumer Goods. as well as an eagerness to learn, a great deal of persistence, a passion for working with people, good attention to detail and a desire to be your best self and do your best work.
  • Right to remain or Settlement status for the UK is required for this role as we are unable to offer sponsorship
