Your day will involve screening patients, coaching and training the team, and maintaining departmental standards. We offer extensive training, CPD programs, and protected time for further accreditation, supporting your professional development. You will be supported by in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries. About You You should be a fully qualified, GOC-registered optometrist, with NHS performance accreditation (or willing to gain it within 12 months). You should meet CPD points requirements, be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and eager to develop new patient services. Working alongside an Optical Manager, you\’ll help foster a department environment focused on clinical and operational excellence.
