Our client is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to take charge of daily operations, ensuring healthy, high-performing birds, exceptional standards and a motivated, developing team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for all farm operations, including bird welfare, health and safety, and producing top quality poultry that meets the highest standards.
- Managing budgets and delivering on key financial and production targets.
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a dedicated team to create a positive, professional, and productive workplace.
- Maintaining excellent farm standards, because first impressions matter, even in a rural setting.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action.
- Participating in our tailored Agriculture Academy to develop your skills and shape your future as part of the next generation of agricultural leaders.
- Supporting and mentoring Assistant Farm Managers to help them grow into the farm managers of the future.
What You Need
- Proven experience managing a broiler farm.
- Strong financial understanding with the ability to manage budgets and make strategic decisions.
- Confident leadership skills with a passion for developing people and encouraging collaboration.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
