Our client is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to take charge of daily operations, ensuring healthy, high-performing birds, exceptional standards and a motivated, developing team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Taking full responsibility for all farm operations, including bird welfare, health and safety, and producing top quality poultry that meets the highest standards.
  • Managing budgets and delivering on key financial and production targets.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a dedicated team to create a positive, professional, and productive workplace.
  • Maintaining excellent farm standards, because first impressions matter, even in a rural setting.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action.
  • Participating in our tailored Agriculture Academy to develop your skills and shape your future as part of the next generation of agricultural leaders.
  • Supporting and mentoring Assistant Farm Managers to help them grow into the farm managers of the future.

What You Need

  • Proven experience managing a broiler farm.
  • Strong financial understanding with the ability to manage budgets and make strategic decisions.
  • Confident leadership skills with a passion for developing people and encouraging collaboration.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A solid understanding of environmental compliance and sustainable farm practices.
  • A full UK driving licence.
