Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy has an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer(s) to join a leading property services provider based in their new offices in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will work in an engaging environment; this is a superb opportunity to work for a reputable group of companies who’s business and client base are expanding rapidly!
You will be responsible for managing an average caseload of 50 files which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, registration, and closure of the file.
Key criteria:
- Experienced in running own caseload, with ability to delegate & prioritise work amongst a team in order to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex Residential Property work.
- Exhibits excellent business development skills, with an ability to cross-refer and gain new work.
- Ensures that the department delivers a high-quality service to the firm’s clients, maintaining positive business relationships & displaying exceptional client care.
- Comprehensive IT skills, with ability to use data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
The company operates on a hybrid basis – 3 days in the office & 2 days WFH.
