The Role: As the successful Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning. You will be expected to define and segment target markets, including YouTube creators, influencers, and brand partners, tailoring marketing efforts accordingly. As the Marketing Director you will be responsible for a team of direct reports, so leadership is key!

The successful Marketing Director you will have:

  • Current experience in a Marketing Director position
  • MUST experience with influencer marketing, partnership development, or creator relations
  • Exceptional influencing skills, you must be a do-er, problem solver and trouble shooter
  • Innovative approach to brand storytelling and campaign ideation
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to see the big picture and build long-term plans while executing short-term tactics

Salary: £competitive salary

Location: Hybrid Working - 2 days in London HQ.
