On behalf of our esteemed client located in Warrington, we are looking for a Panel Builder/Electrical Assembler-Wireman on a permanent basis. The salary for this position ranges from £27,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Are you an experienced Panel Wireman with a knack for precision and a passion for creating top-quality electrical assemblies? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Ambitek is seeking a dedicated and skilled Panel Builder/Electrical Assembler-Wireman to join our client’s engineering team in Warrington.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Electrical qualifications and AutoCAD proficiency are essential.
  • Practical Experience: Hands-on experience in constructing and assembling electrical products, such as control panels.
  • Training: On-the-job training in drilling, assembly, engraving, and testing will be provided. You will also receive full manufacturer product and Ex compliance training.
  • Hands-On Assembly: Build and wire a variety of products, including distribution boards, control stations, junction boxes, and safety switches.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Site Work: Occasionally visit customer sites or offices for hands-on support and modifications.
  • Quality Control: Perform self-inspections and final inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Product Testing: Conduct electrical current testing of assembled products using high-voltage testers.
