Role Overview
The Senior Enforcement Manager posts are responsible for ensuring appropriate support for Local Authority Environmental Health teams in relation to the delivery of food law enforcement. This involves:
- Engaging with Environmental Health colleagues across Scotland.
- Providing expert food law advice and technical support to field officers.
- Assisting with Scottish National Database (SND) activities.
- Offering technical guidance to FSS and Scottish Government teams.
- Producing food law enforcement guidance.
