We are seeking to recruit a Customer Services Technician to join our Customer Services team based in the North East region. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license , be a time-served tradesperson , and demonstrate that they are a team player . They will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a desire and drive to succeed, and empathy and sympathy when dealing with our customers. The candidate should be smart, punctual, honest, and reliable . The main responsibilities of this role include: Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties Liaising with nominated contractors and suppliers for the coordination of remedial works in occupied homes Collaborating with your Line Manager to promote effective solutions to complex remedial activities Creating positive working relationships with colleagues, especially site teams Coordinating with the Customer Service Hub regarding remedial activities Completing all assigned tasks effectively and within charter timescales Maintaining professionalism, courtesy, dignity, and control when interacting with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors to uphold the company\’s core values You should also have a sound understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines , a good decision-making process, and the ability to use your initiative to solve problems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
