We’re partnering with a leading global FinTech delivering enterprise-grade data automation and intelligent workflow solutions for the capital markets. As part of their UK growth, they’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their London-based team and drive new business across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions.
With offices across Europe, North America, and APAC, this company helps financial institutions automate complex data flows across post-trade, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, tax, and client onboarding. Their award-winning platform transforms how the back and middle office operates — reducing risk, increasing speed, and unlocking scale.
Their clients include top-tier global banks, custodians, asset servicers, and buy-side firms. They’re well-known for replacing legacy processes with configurable, low-code solutions that scale fast and deliver clear ROI.
About the Role
You will:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Sell into operations, technology, and transformation teams at top financial firms
- Collaborate closely with solution engineers and product specialists
- Understand clients’ pain points in post-trade processing, reconciliations, data onboarding, and reporting
- Work with senior stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Ops, COOs) to position high-value SaaS offerings
- Contribute to market strategy, pipeline building, and competitive positioning in EMEA
What We\’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within capital markets
- Proven success selling to large financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
- Strong knowledge of post-trade operations, data management, or workflow automation
- Comfortable in a consultative sales approach with deal sizes in the six- to seven-figure range
- Confident managing a multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycle
- Based in or commutable to London (hybrid working environment)
Package
- Base Salary: Up to £135,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus/Commission: Uncapped, competitive OTE
