Overview
Our client is a dynamic innovator and manufacturer of complex engineered and technical products. With outstanding product and development expertise, a growing customer base. Following recent investments, the company has an ambitious growth strategy. To ensure the execution and development of this strategy we are seeking an experienced, hands-on, Managing Director who will build and develop the team whilst driving increased sales and operational performance.
Key Requirements
- A successful track record as a Managing Director/CEO within an SME engineering/manufacturing business or Divisional Managing Director of an autonomous manufacturing/engineering business unit within a larger group
- Proven experience of leading businesses through a significant growth journey whilst enhancing revenue and profitability
- Demonstrable experience of creating process structure through the evolution and development of a strong management team
- A background of hands-on engineering/manufacturing leadership roles with extensive experience of evolving operational performance
- A track record of taking product concepts to successful commercial outcomes
