The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

  • Provide people and departmental leadership across the commercial functions of our business.
  • Focus on revenue growth and product offering across our gift shop, bar and café.
  • Provide leadership and line management to your team with the aim of delivering the best distillery retail experience in Scotland.
  • Set and deliver the strategic vision for commercial within Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery brand home.
  • Work in collaboration with sales and marketing team to align ongoing strategy.
  • Work with the Brand Home Manager to help create the on-site budget and its ongoing management, including tracking and monitoring of the revenue lines you are responsible for.
  • Manage profit driving and cost control measures of the Commercial functions of the business, as well as helping to implement new revenue generation initiatives.
  • Lead the Senior Tour Team, ensuring all checklists and SOPs are checked and updated.
  • Duty Management of the business on a rotational basis, including cash handling, safety and customer care. This includes on-call responsibilities.
  • Understand, lead and comply with safety, quality and sustainability legislation, supporting audits and looking for continuous improvements.
  • Lead by example by actively delivering all experiences within the business from hosting guided tours to serving cocktails behind the bar.
  • Lead the growth of our commercial business to ensure it reflects the quality of our existing operations and grows to complement what has made us successful.
  • Manage resource and scheduling of your team within agreed budgets.
  • Lead the recruitment, induction and ongoing training of team members with focus on attracting the right talent into Bacardi.
  • Provide reservations support for multiple elements of the business, understanding the various booking channels and visitor profiles in this complex business.
  • Deputise for the Brand Home Manager during annual leave, sickness, or business travel.
