This role is accountable for the delivery of ground investigation services, assisting in the preparation of tenders, and technical and financial project management. Key performance indicators will be set annually by the directors. The Project Manager is expected to ensure that all technical work is carried out to a high standard, on time, and within budget. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE Coordination and execution of ground investigations. Contract management, ensuring timely project delivery and profit maximization. Provide expertise during the planning stage of new projects. Ensure follow-up on payments for completed works. Monitor costs related to individual contracts. Prepare and deliver technical reports. Assist the HSEQ Advisor in investigating accidents and incidents. Allocate staff to projects, ensuring competency and proper certification. COMMUNICATION AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Maintain effective communication with clients. Keep open communication with Directors, Principal Engineers, and staff. Manage time to ensure effective use of billable and non-billable hours. Work with Directors to develop personal objectives. Participate in professional growth opportunities and staff development. MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Contribute to geo-environmental business development and contract growth. Leverage networks to grow business opportunities. Assist in maintaining and improving Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental accreditations. MONITORING AND AUDITING Assist in monitoring contractual and assurance performance with Directors and HSEQ Advisor.
