We are seeking two passionate and experienced Sales Account Executives to become an integral part of our team, with a focus on the European markets. The Account Executives will play a vital role in identifying, qualifying, and securing business with mid-market and enterprise clients. Based at our HQ in Congleton and reporting to the EU Business Development Manager, the Account Executives will be the first point of contact for EU customers, providing excellent customer service when responding to sales enquiries and providing admin support.
The role:
- Answer all customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner including new customer registrations
- Respond to incoming quote requests and liaise with customers on good solutions to requirements
- Raise orders on our internal system and send clients proforma invoices
- Translate documents as needed
- Occasionally attend tradeshows in Europe
Salary: DOE
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in German and/or French (written and spoken) to native level – Essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills - Essential
- Previous customer service and admin experience – Desired
- Sales focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while sticking to tight deadlines
- Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible
- IT literate (CRM experience, MS Office)
