The job
As the Travel Senior Analyst for AVEVA you will be involved managing the domestic and international business travel related activities for approximately 6,500 employees across 39 countries. You will be responsible for travel administration and event co-ordination.
Key responsibilities
Investigate issues with employees and the corporate travel agency booking travel
Assist and support new joiners with booking, policy and compliance
Monitor and reduce out of policy spend
Co ordinate with cross functional event organisers
Co ordinate with procure to pay teams
Essential requirements
Manage ticket refunds & E ticket credits
Administrative tasks ad-hoc
Support the Global Travel Manager alongside the T&E team
Desired skills
Several years experience in a corporate travel related role
Good understanding of SAP Concur and online booking tools
Experience of event Management and co ordination
Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
