The candidate will also be responsible for the creation of local language masters – including library titles – for this content as required. The Coordinator is expected to have relevant experience of content localisation, production, mastering, and digital distribution. In addition, they should have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability. Role and Responsibilities Raise accurate and timely orders to commission the localisation (dubbing, subtitling, access services, and metadata) of content in line with agreed deadlines, technical standards, and costs (SLAs), while ensuring creative consistency. Ensure the creation of domestic deliverables for acquisition titles for company inventory and order localisation as required. Organise and handle localisation across multiple titles and territories, including creating and tracking orders on internal systems, raising dubbing POs, and negotiating delivery schedules. Monitor order progress, ensure data accuracy, and work with vendors and technical support teams to resolve system-based issues. Perform UAT on new systems or developments. Maintain records reflecting current delivery status, including library remastering projects. Liaise with colleagues and clients to create material schedules aligned with license start dates or broadcast schedules. Order creation of Localised Language masters, components, and localised spot-reels, delivering localized graphics and format check information to vendors. Collaborate closely with vendors on localisation and (re)mastering orders, track project completion, and ensure timely delivery. Handle rejections, recall notifications, and update/replace materials as needed. Resolve metadata issues across stakeholders. Track metrics for on-time delivery of local dubs, scripts, and metadata. Contribute to team efforts and document workflows for improvements. Key Requirements Experience in a production/operations role within a creative environment. Strong project management skills, including handling rejections and vendor performance metrics. Experience with file-based and HD technology, New Media, and electronic file delivery.
