What you will be doing: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting, training, and managed services, contributing to the company\’s strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. You will: Ensure standards for technical delivery, reporting, and quality assurance are met. Enhance client experience through quality management systems and feedback mechanisms. Develop, maintain, and manage products and services according to company standards. Support product development and monitor product health in relation to industry and regulatory changes. Collaborate on product lifecycle management from inception to retirement. Manage relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust. Support business development activities, including pre-sales and client intelligence gathering. Lead and participate in industry working groups to promote safety and industry standards. Experience with BowTie risk analysis software is advantageous. Willingness to provide training and consulting services. Strong communication skills in Aviation Technical English.
