What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking the lead on new builds, managing contractors and consultants to keep everything on track
  • Looking after the existing portfolio, making sure everything’s maintained, compliant and up to standard
  • Solving problems as they come up and keeping projects moving without fuss

  • Organised and good at juggling a few projects at once
  • Comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and various teams on the move

What the company’s like:

They’re a privately-owned developer with a healthy pipeline of work and a supportive team. You’ll be given plenty of trust and the freedom to get on with things, but with backup when you need it. Career development’s taken seriously here, and so is recognising good work.
