The predicted salary is between 27965 - 35765 £ per year.
Annual earnings total up to £35,765 (inclusive of the car allowance) with a basic starting salary from £27,965, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only). Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped, with Field Collections Agents earning bonuses of £200 - £400 per month.
Shifts: Working patterns to support your work-life balance. We have an operating window of 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday. We work a 40-hour week, with 10 hours of which must be worked during our prime operating window.
Role: As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be at ease speaking to our customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. You’ll be field-based covering a region across North Wales. Your role will involve:
- Visiting our customers at their home address to support them in getting back on track with their outstanding arrears.
- Resolving customer accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting them to our clients.
- Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account.
- Using an iPad to update customers’ accounts with visit outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:
- A clear criminal record.
- No CCJ’s or IVA’s within the last 6 years.
- Own a car and six points or less on licence.
- Must have business insurance add-on for vehicle.
- Technology competent and comfortable working alone.
