Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for delivering earthworks-based remediation projects, from initiation through to completion — safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Proven Ability: to manage multiple projects (typically 2–3) and stakeholders with confidence and finesse.
  • Commercial Acumen: strong financial control, supplier management, and a keen understanding of NEC3, JCT, CDM2015, SMSTS, CSCS, and WAMITAB.
  • Technical Expertise: interpreting site investigation data, navigating environmental permits, liaising with regulators, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Other: a full UK driving licence and a readiness to travel across the UK as needed.
