CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Treatment Supervisor to join our facilities management client’s team. You will take ownership of water treatment services across a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering high service standards.
Package:
- Competitive salary up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Van & fuel card supplied
- Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of water treatment services including legionella control, closed-loop systems, cooling towers and domestic systems
- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and other relevant standards
- Manage a team of water treatment technicians, providing leadership, scheduling, and performance management
- Liaise with clients, site managers and compliance teams to deliver clear reports and recommendations
- Maintain accurate logs, asset registers, and compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Significant experience in water treatment within the facilities management or building services industry
- Strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations, including ACoP L8 and HSG274 Parts 1-3
- Experience supervising or managing field-based technicians
- Relevant water hygiene/legionella control qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, WMSoc)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
