The Role
Do you live and breathe TikTok & Insta? Are you up-to-date with the latest trends? Do you have the eye for a story? If so, this could be the role for you! We are looking for a social media guru within our video licensing division to work across to source and acquire content for our internal and external clients, with a good eye for what makes a viral video funny, shocking, heart-warming, unique or awesome. This person should be a high-performing team player that is willing to exhaust all resources to get the job done, while being confident enough to ask for assistance when needed. The position requires strong written and oral communication skills to the extent of being comfortable speaking to people on the phone about how great their videos are. The right candidate will show the ability to find the best videos on the internet each day and will be able to source the trending videos when they happen. They will identify video content from multiple platforms to fit customer briefs in a short space of time.
Key Responsibilities
- Your job is to hunt down the most incredible video content on digital platforms, archives, social media, and wherever else it might be lurking.
- Do some detective work to make sure the videos you find are totally legit and eligible for licensing and distribution.
- You’ll be our quality guru! Check out the videos, making sure they meet our high standards and match what our clients are after.
- Keep everything organised, we need you to keep track of all the videos you find and the important info about them in our database.
- You’ll work within the Licensing Team to understand what kind of content we need for different markets and clients.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and viral hits! We want to be ahead of the game and have the freshest content in town.
- Your research insights will be our secret weapon! They’ll help us score awesome licensing deals and keep everyone chuffed.
- Get creative and help put together brilliant collections of videos for promotions, campaigns, and special events. You’ll want to be ready to dive into the world of contract lingo and effortlessly translate it into everyday language.
- Writing articles and headlines, and editing videos to get our clients interested in our content.
What We’re Looking For
