Sphere Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for sites covering Devon. Our client is a long-standing, established developer who creates and builds design-led housing developments of the highest quality across Devon & Cornwall. Due to continual growth in the region, from both sales and a healthy land bank, they are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. Sites are spread across North and Mid Devon, and you will be managing up to 4 sites at any one time.
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will manage an experienced build team whilst ensuring build programmes are on time and that Health & Safety and Quality are adhered to.
What weβre looking for:
- The ideal candidate will be a proven Contracts Manager within housebuilding coupled with knowledge of the NHBC, both modern and traditional build methods.
- Excellent management and organisational skills are a given, along with a good HSE record and understanding of the regional supply chain.
On offer is an excellent salary of approximately Β£75,000 with car/car allowance, bonus structure, private medical cover, pension, and a flexible benefits package.
