Choreograph is seeking a Director, Product Comms to streamline and elevate our communication processes within the Product team. In this role, you will serve as our point of contact for all product-related communications to our users, ensuring consistency, clarity and centralized messaging. This position is key to maintaining a cohesive communication strategy, reducing redundancy and inconsistency in messaging and keeping our users informed about product releases and updates and their features and benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a centralized user communication strategy in collaboration with the Product Marketing, Product Management and Product Enablement teams.
- Building and managing a singular calendar of all communications between Choreograph and its users, acting as the primary CRM facilitator between the Product organization and the user base to ensure all product-related communications are consistent, cohesive and timely.
- Building and maintaining a CRM system to effectively manage and target user communications.
- Collating, reviewing, and distributing product release notes, updates, newsletters, and relevant product information to users.
- Working with cross-functional teams to gather communication inputs and ensure alignment before distribution.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of product campaigns through monitoring communication metrics and user feedback.
- Ensuring all user communications adhere to Choreograph's branding and tone of voice guidelines.
- Inputting into Product Comms frameworks and style guide for content communication.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM, communications or product marketing role, ideally within a technology or data-driven organization.
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining CRM systems and user communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical product updates into clear and engaging messaging.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communication streams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to act as a gatekeeper for user communications.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
