RPA Developer

Robert Half is partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a Spanish-speaking RPA Developer on an initial 2-month contract. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions tailored to their business needs. Lead client-facing discussions and training sessions in Spanish. Troubleshoot and optimise existing UiPath processes to ensure high performance and reliability. Document automation processes and provide technical guidance to users and internal teams. Skills: Proven experience with UiPath development and deployment. Fluency in Spanish (must be able to lead client meetings and deliver training sessions comfortably). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
