Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily repairs, services, and breakdown resolution. Troubleshooting: Quickly address equipment issues to minimize downtime. Team Development: Mentor technicians and support apprentices. Continuous Improvement: Implement preventive strategies and drive efficiency. Collaboration: Align priorities with Production Teams and liaise with other departments. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance and address concerns. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and step in for the Maintenance Manager as needed. What are we looking for Proven expertise in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment . 5+ years of experience in people management , with a track record of team development and leadership . Hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical systems . Knowledge of PLC Controls and Motor Drives (a plus but not required). Flexibility to work across multiple machines and production areas requiring different disciplines. Strong technical skills : Proficiency in CMMS software and Office Applications . Excellent organizational and communication skills , with the ability to produce and present project justifications .
