We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach to spearhead the physical development and sport science support within our Professional Development Phase (U18 & U21 squads). This is a pivotal role within our academy, offering the opportunity to influence the next generation of professional players through cutting-edge training, rehabilitation, and performance strategies.
Your ‘strengths’ (and conditioning) background
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a strength and conditioning space specifically with elite athletes and coaches, including work with high performance teams or squads. You will have strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for athlete development and performance enhancement. Familiarity with EPPP standards and academy structures is highly desirable.
