Job Description: As the QSHE Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and practices across the business. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring legal compliance, maintaining ISO standards, and building a strong culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll oversee systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, manage audits, investigate incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational quality and reduce business risk. The QSHE Manager will also ensure the business maintains and improves its environmental procedures and quality control system.
