Do you excel in Excel? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to join our clients dynamic team based in Bamber Bridge. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations, supporting the financial reporting process, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls. Provide ad hoc support to the finance team as needed. Requirements: AAT Level 3 or 4 Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a finance or accounting department. Strong knowledge of reconciliations and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
