Here at Signature, we have an existing partnership with a fantastic personal care business, known for its natural and organic products. The business is looking to hire a Senior Commercial Manager to join the team and excel their growth across specifically high-street!
This SME will allow you to make a real impact on the business and grow a highly strategic channel, with strong internal influence on the wider internal business! This will see you take responsibility of driving new business across Boots & Superdrug, a massive growth area for the business! You will also have a couple of direct reports, alongside reporting into the Global Commercial Director. They are looking for this person to become a Head of after a year in role, with a clear development plan!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing Boots and/or Superdrug
- People management experience
- A passion for beauty/personal care
- New business wins with High-Street
- Strategic high-street partnership development
- Ability to challenge the status-quo
- Operated at a SNAM level
- Internal stakeholder influence
This is a home-based role, requiring travel to their UK office once a month and to their hub within London bi-weekly.
