FINTEC recruit is seeking a Production Maintenance Planner for our engineering/manufacturing client based in Inverness-shire. This is a permanent position with a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits. Working Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Create worksheets, documents and emails to enable the triggering, distribution and tracking of Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Be the subject matter expert across the business, updating CMMS systems.
- Create, close out, print and package work orders.
- Plan facility closures, liaise with internal departments to ensure all plans are in place, achievable and can be carried out effectively.
Skills and Experience required for the Maintenance Planner:
- Experience of working with an engineering or FMCG environment, with the ability to interpret engineering/technical language.
- Experience of creating worksheets, documents, emails to enable the triggering, distribution and tracking of preventative maintenance tasks.
- Expertise in using CMMS systems, such as Maximo, and good IT skills.
- Good planning, scheduling, communication and organisational skills.
