Fitness Instructor in London – F45 Training

Locations available: Haggerston, East London

Self-employed available / starting from £25 per class

F45 Training, the fastest-growing fitness franchise network in the world, has expanded since 2013, now with over 3000 franchisees in 38 countries. We are looking for ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, and charismatic trainers to join our East London locations.

The role includes:

Delivering high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
Setting up the studio after training sessions (additional class rate for setup)
Motivating studio members before, during, and after training
Assisting with membership retention (our trainer bonus scheme rewards energy and enthusiasm)
Fostering a positive community-based team-training environment
Supporting management to ensure the business operates at the highest level
Supporting F45 challenge programmes

About you:

A genuine love of fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals
Knowledge and experience in personal training and group training
Energy and confidence to share ideas for studio growth and success
Knowledge of F45 is an advantage but not essential
Good fitness level and knowledge of correct form demonstration
Level 3 personal training certification and valid First Aid at work certification
Confidence to deliver energetic and engaging classes
