Morson Technical Services are currently seeking a Supervisor within the Role Equipment Bay at RNAS Yeovilton on a permanent basis.
JOB PURPOSE
The WMS RE Maintenance Supervisor will conduct and co-ordinate the required inspections, maintenance and documentation, including IT systems on Wildcat AH and HMA, Role Equipment (RE), Task Essential Equipment (TEE) and Helicopter Underslung Load Equipment (HUSLE) for Wildcat FLC’s.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
The Wildcat RE Maintenance Supervisor will be required to maintain RE, TEE and HUSLE to support Wildcat operations. This includes:
- Configuration control, support, training, maintenance, preservation, anti-deterioration maintenance, servicing and defect rectification functions.
- Control, management, prioritisation and supervision of RE, TEE and HUSLE maintenance, servicing, defect rectification and modification to support WMF, CHF and 1 REGT AAC tasking ensuring compliance with appropriate technical information and policy.
- Manage the Wildcat RE, TEE and HUSLE range and scale to meet the Wildcat CASP allowance, ensuring all GOLDesp action is completed appropriately.
- Provide subject matter expert advice on the configuration, storage and maintenance, servicing and defect rectification of RE, TEE and HUSLE to Squadron Support Sections.
- Carry out tasks in a supervisory role within the WMS Wildcat Role Equipment Section.
