JOB DESCRIPTION The Virtual School works with young people across South Ayrshire with experience of care, in a creative and bespoke manner to improve educational outcomes and remove barriers to achievement. The successful candidate will understand trauma-informed working, embed The Promise in their practice, and demonstrate an ambitious approach to supporting young people to reach their potential in education.
