Role Summary
Iconics are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to support in our company’s day-to-day operations. The Administrator should be highly organised and able to multitask along with having an eye for details and willing attitude. This position will be to provide clerical support to Directors, Managers, Employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.
This position is for Maternity cover, however as a growing organisation there is a high chance of a permanent role within the business.
Responsibilities
· General Administrative duties.
· Order processing.
· Email Management.
· Phone Communications – Answering and directing phone calls.
· Accounts/Bookkeeping.
· Travel Arrangements.
· Hospitality.
· Building Maintenance.
· Customer queries.
· Basic Licensing.
· Maintaining online filling systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· GCSE English/Maths.
· Competent in Microsoft office Software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint.)
· Exceptional organisation and planning Skills.
· Work management and prioritising.
· Accuracy/Attention to detail.
· Flexibility and Reliability.
· Able to work within a Team.
· Customer focus.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· Business Administration College training.
· Experience in an Administrated role would be an advantage.
· SAGE data entry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
The Package
- Commencement ASAP
- Full Time Position, 37.5 Hours/Week Mon-Fri.
- Working Hours: 9:00-17:30 with a 1 hour Lunch break.
