Weve partnered with The Independent Pharmacy, the UKs #1 online pharmacy, to help them recruit a Head of Digital Marketing, reporting to their MDs. With rapid growth (c/ 50% YoY) and huge potential for further growth this hire is vital. Over the past few years, they invested significantly in infrastructure, including acquiring a new building and machinery for automating fulfilment. What youll be doing As a Head of Digital Marketing youll play an integral part in leading the marketing function and elevating the digital presence assuring that key channels reach their full potential. The successful postholder will sit on a Senior Leadership Team. Your day to day tasks will involve developing and implementing data-led digital marketing strategy to drive further growth. You will manage a team internally as well as external suppliers (PPC, SEO and affiliate agencies as well as copywriters and content producers). Key digital channels youll take ownership of are SEO, Paid and Email. There will be a big emphasis on regular analysis of digital channels performance. The postholder will work collaboratively with the Commercial team on introducing new lines as well as assessing pricing strategies.
