A brilliant opportunity for an energised, proactive Team Assistant to join a fast-scaling global FinTech. You’ll work under the direction of the Executive Assistant who supports the London based C Suite team. Alongside diary and travel organisation, you’ll get involved with a myriad of tasks and ad hoc projects. This newly created role offers plenty of scope for learning and development and would suit an agile, proactive Team Assistant who is ready and excited to take the next step in their career.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, ideally within start up/scale up or FinTech environment
- Experience of diary and travel management for a dynamic team
- A positive, flexible and agile approach
- Team player, willing to learn and get involved
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
