Are you an experienced User Acquisition Manager with a passion for mobile games and performance marketing? We’re working with a well-established games studio who are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive player growth for their portfolio of free-to-play mobile games. Based in London (hybrid, 2 days a week onsite), this is your chance to lead paid marketing strategies, manage multi-platform campaigns, and collaborate across creative, product, and analytics teams to scale user growth profitably.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels including Meta, Google, Unity, TikTok, and others
- Managing channel-level budgets, with a focus on driving strong CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention performance
- Using performance data to continuously optimise campaigns and drive efficient scaling
- Collaborating with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives based on insights and trends
- Working closely with product, analytics, and live ops teams to align marketing with in-game activity
- Supporting cross-promotion strategies across multiple titles
What we’re looking for:
- 2-5 years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming or app environments
- A proven track record of scaling performance campaigns profitably
- Deep understanding of campaign analytics—comfortable using Excel, dashboards, or SQL
- Knowledge of mobile attribution platforms and frameworks (e.g. SKAdNetwork, ATT)
- Experience with casual F2P mobile titles and familiarity with monetisation, retention, and cross-functional live ops collaboration
