- Opportunity for an entrepreneurial Brand Manager to join our Gatorade GB Marketing team, leading our re-entry into the market with a new hydration product.
- Opportunity for a consumer centric Brand Manager in GB on global #1 Ice Tea brand Lipton, delivering the ambitious growth agenda.
- Role will focus on executing our exciting sports partnership agenda across existing properties and future opportunities.
- An opportunity for a brand manager looking for their next role within the fastest growing category of soft drinks - managing all end to end activation.
Our Brand Managers will lead the launch execution of the marketing plans, including the performance marketing with support of the agency, the wider marketing plan and work closely with the Sector and Global teams. You will connect closely with Consumer Insights, Creative agencies, TCP team, media partners, R&D & Supply Chain, as you work across a series of exciting projects for the coming year. You will be responsible for developing large-scale brand campaigns and activations that will continue to differentiate PEPSI within the category.
Qualifications:
- Consumer marketing experience using a broad range of marketing mix elements, to deliver proven growth in brand penetration.
- Proven ability to take consumer and customer insight and translate into plans that unlock brand growth.
- Creative β ability to bring a fresh, creative approach to problem solving.
- A natural intuition for consumer trends & how to translate them into marketing strategies.
- A real passion for Marketing as well as having a high level of commercial acumen.
- Good eye for analysis of category data to understand performance and identify robust growth opportunities.
- Project management & High degree of ownership β ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment.
- Strong capability across all core marketing fundamentals with spikes in strategic penetration, NPD development and excellence in project execution.
- Strengths in strategic thinking - strong proven analytical skills and ability to cut through multiple data sources to generate very clear consumer-driven strategies for growth.
- NPD development experience, from insight and demand space understanding, through to concept development, validation, business case development and launch.
- Able to take others with you; excellent relationship building, listening and influencing skills.
- Strong track-record of decision making and sound creative judgement.
- A strong growth mindset and comfortable with a culture of curiosity and learning.
- Tenacious and resilient: Ability to stay focused on projects and tackle obstacles to delivery.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- AFH Channel experience is desirable, ideally within FMCG.
- A strong drive for results, and working within a fast-paced team.
