BI & Reporting Manager

Join a fast-growing financial services company during an exciting data transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape BI capabilities, delivering insights that drive decision-making while leading and growing a talented team. Remote working with occasional office travel. Interviews begin mid-December remotely.

Role Overview

As BI & Reporting Manager, you will own the BI strategy, delivering impactful dashboards and tools via Power BI to support stakeholders across the business. Collaborating closely with Data Governance and Engineering teams, you’ll ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards. This is a hands-on role that evolves into a strategic leadership position as your team grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a BI strategy for actionable insights and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of Power BI developers, ensuring high-quality outputs.
