We are seeking a Full-Time Transport Shift Manager to join our team at Portbury. As a Transport Shift Manager, you will oversee the daily transport operations at the site, ensuring smooth functioning and supporting the Transport Operation Manager with various tasks that enhance the operation.

Role Details
- Salary: c£36,000 - £39,000 plus £6,000 night shift allowance
- Hours: 6.00am to 6.00pm
- Working pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off
- Location: Portbury, BS20 7XR
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a safe and friendly working environment for all staff and contractors
- Manage recruitment, induction, absence, wellbeing meetings, disciplinary and grievance processes within the transport department
- Facilitate effective communication through meetings and briefings
- Ensure delivery of operational KPIs, maintaining and improving performance levels

- Management experience is essential
