About the Role
- Managing policy renewals from start to finish
- Processing mid-term adjustments (MTAs) quickly and efficiently
- Assisting with new business quotes and client onboarding
- Building lasting relationships with clients and insurers
- Working closely with Account Executives and other internal teams
- Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA and internal guidelines
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in insurance (brokerage or insurer side)
- Comfortable handling renewals, MTAs, and client communications
- Great attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Experience with Acturis (or similar systems) is a bonus
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
