About the Role

  • Managing policy renewals from start to finish
  • Processing mid-term adjustments (MTAs) quickly and efficiently
  • Assisting with new business quotes and client onboarding
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and insurers
  • Working closely with Account Executives and other internal teams
  • Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA and internal guidelines

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in insurance (brokerage or insurer side)
  • Comfortable handling renewals, MTAs, and client communications

  • Experience with Acturis (or similar systems) is a bonus
