Specification Sales Manager Brick & Masonry Job Title: Specification Sales Manager – Brick & Masonry Industry Sector: Brick, Masonry, Heavyside Building Materials, Social Housing, Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Cladding, Rainscreen, Facades, Renders, Building Envelope Systems, Curtain Walling, Brick-Slip, Architectural Cladding and all other External Building Products. Area to be covered: London (inside North and South Circular) Remuneration: £55,000-£60,000 + Uncapped Commission Benefits: BMW or Tesla EV or Travel Allowance & Full Benefits The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Brick & Masonry will involve: * Field sales position selling a distributed range of bricks and masonry products including pre-fabricated components * Architectural specification led role * Initially 100%% of your time selling into and influencing architects, once established in the role 70% architect focussed and 30% dealing with D&B contractors, main contractors and sub contractors * Working on projects up to £10m * One established in the role (typically year 3) expected revenue target £3m+ * Currently lots of social housing and residential projects, but can include most sectors; commercial, healthcare, education, leisure etc. * Typically 36+ customer visits per month * Big emphasis on utilising our clients’ new Clerkenwell showroom for client meetings and when not o…
