Main Purpose of Role
To provide an interface between the PayPoint Retail Management team and the managed retail accounts with a key focus on estate development and the project management of product and device implementations. This role is a fixed term contract from July 2025 - February 2026. You will need to be able to travel to our office in Welwyn Garden City AL7 1EL.
Key Objectives:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the PayPoint business, including installation and operational procedures.
- Provide a based interface between PayPoint and the managed retail accounts.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Retail Management team and managed retail accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performance Reporting: Compile, review, and issue daily and periodic reports to retailers, including transaction and SLA reports.
- Identify and escalate within the team if particular sites (or retailers) are experiencing transaction declines or issues outside of normal trends.
- Escalate within the team if reports are believed to be deficient or fail to be delivered plus resolution of the issue and reissuance of reports.
- Monthly reporting of sales activity and business results.
- Manage the Retail Management inbox promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee the completion of all managed retail company owned account installations, change of ownerships and decommissions.
- Liaise with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure processes and actions are followed correctly.
- Take ownership of managed retail account operational issues as appropriate and escalate to resolution within PayPoint as required.
- Plan and manage device and/or product rollouts for all new and existing managed retail accounts.
- Support the Retail Management team on projects which will deliver commercial benefit to PayPoint.
- Work with other departments within PayPoint both locally and nationally on the design and implementation of value-added products and services to our customer.
- Establish and develop relationships with retailers at all levels.
- Monitor retailers’ sales performance in terms of their contribution and profitability.
- Ongoing competitor analysis.
- Execute the EPoS data import processes for symbol group promotions, transposing and maintaining the promotions for each group within the defined SLAs.
- Perform EPoS price file data import/export tasks in accordance with internal controls and processes within the defined SLAs.

- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Windows XP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong experience of working with spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
