Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tidworth for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. The EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and managing occupational health programs. Day-to-day tasks include accident investigation, preparing and delivering safety training, monitoring site conditions, and implementing safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) skills
• Experience in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation
• Training skills, especially related to health and safety protocols
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor\’s degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent are an advantage
