A well-established and rapidly growing drug discovery organisation is seeking an accomplished and visionary Associate Director to lead a dynamic Cellular Pharmacology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing novel therapeutics across a diverse pipeline of disease areas, working in a collaborative, science-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific leadership and strategic direction for cellular assay development and phenotypic screening.
