Location: Cumbernauld – hybrid working – 3 days at the office and 2 days at home

What we’re looking for…

As an Associate BI Developer, you\’ll be a vital part of the team, turning raw data into the insights that help drive our business forward. You\’ll work side-by-side with colleagues across different departments, figuring out what they need and building the visualisations, reports, and dashboards to help them succeed. It\’s a fast-paced environment where you\’ll gain hands-on experience with leading data & analytics tools and make a real difference.

Your responsibilities will include…

As an Associate BI Developer your responsibilities will include;

  • Design and build data products, interactive dashboards, and reports to visualise key business metrics and help derive insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and optimise existing data products and data models for improved performance and usability.
  • Experiment with technologies with the ability and confidence of prototyping quickly and failing fast
  • Support data-driven projects, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

What you’ll bring…

The successful candidate will have;

  • 1 to 2 years experience with SQL
  • Ideally some experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or Looker) – we can teach you the rest!
  • A natural problem-solver who loves digging into data and an eagerness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A recent graduate or someone early in their career (under two years of experience) with a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Great communication skills – you\’ll be working with people across the business.
