JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing global company that has been established for over 20 years. You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
- Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Plan and scope requirements definition and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques.
- Advise on the choice of techniques and approaches, influencing customers accordingly.
- Management or mentorship experience with teams or junior staff is preferred.
