The Role
As a Land Manager, you’ll play a key role in our Land Team, driving the acquisition of land opportunities and contributing to the development of vibrant communities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively sourcing and evaluating land opportunities via enquiries, searches, and direct approaches.
- Negotiating, assessing development potential, and overseeing site feasibility.
- Preparing and submitting Land Purchase Approval Packs for board consideration.
- Attending Land Team meetings and keeping the wider business informed of acquisition progress.
- Preparing and sharing New Site briefing notes with colleagues.
What You’ll Need

Specifically, you will bring:
- Proven experience in land acquisition with a private developer.
- Strong IT and organisational skills.
- A solid understanding of the planning system and regional property markets.
- MRICS status and a degree in Real Estate Management (or similar)
