Job Description: The PRN – CNA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents with memory impairments. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring residents\’ health and well-being. The PRN – CNA will work closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and communicate any changes in residents\’ conditions to the appropriate staff members. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to work with individuals with memory impairments.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with memory impairments preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
