You will work on various projects, collaborating with LCP’s de-risking team to assist schemes preparing for buy-out/buy-in, GMP data readiness, and the Pensions Dashboard. Additional tasks include helping schemes meet regulatory data requirements and supporting internal projects like new business transition. Our clients include existing LCP administration clients and others seeking our expertise to meet strategic objectives. We seek individuals with experience in pensions data or administration interested in dynamic projects, utilizing their technical skills to deliver solutions. Skills and experience required: Knowledge of DB pension schemes Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines Interest in creating bulk solutions for complex pension calculations Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work within budgets and scopes with support from senior team members Desired qualities and behaviors: Willingness to build strong relationships with external parties Team player with good relationship-building skills Attention to detail, proactive in suggesting solutions, aware of risks What’s in it for you?
